The 30-Day Program

One lesson and one small action a day, for 30 days — until holding your line stops taking willpower and starts being who you are. Not a course you'll half-finish. A system you'll actually run.

You don't have a willpower problem. You have a system problem.

You try to win the fight in the moment — on willpower — at the exact moment willpower is weakest. Then you're surprised when you cross the same line again. Motivation was never the fix, because the problem was never a knowledge gap.

This program builds the fix: you decide the important things in advance, when you're calm, and drill them daily until the hard moment is already handled before it arrives. Same skill, whatever your line — a trade, a drink, the scale, the training, a promise you keep breaking to yourself.

Three phases, thirty days

A lesson and a daily action every day — dripped so you never get overwhelmed and never get to skip ahead.

Days 1–10

Set Your Hard Stops

Define the line you keep crossing, in writing, and set the exact rule for holding it. You can't hold a line you've never drawn.

Days 11–20

Map Your Triggers

Name the precise moments you break and pair each with a pre-planned circuit-breaker. You don't out-willpower a trigger — you interrupt it.

Days 21–30

Run the Loop

A daily review that scores you on holding, not winning — run enough times that the habit stops needing you to feel strong.

Day 30, you're not holding a stack of motivational ideas. You're holding five concrete things — a working system, calibrated to you, that doesn't depend on you feeling strong on any given morning:

  • A measurable line
  • A trigger map
  • An interrupt for each trigger
  • A recovery rule
  • A daily loop you've run for real

Straight answers

Is this only for traders?
No. The system works on any line you keep crossing — trading, drinking, weight, money, focus, a promise to yourself. The edge just shows up fastest in trading because the feedback is brutal and immediate.
What's the difference between the two tiers?
The program itself is identical. Accountability adds the part that makes people actually finish: the Holdouts community and weekly check-ins. Self-Paced is the same content, done solo. If you have a history of half-finishing courses, that's exactly who Accountability is for.
How much time does it take each day?
Small on purpose — one lesson and one action a day, dripped so you can't binge it and burn out. The point isn't to consume it fast; it's to run it daily until it sticks.
Do I get it forever?
Yes. Lifetime access, and you can repeat the 30 days anytime a line starts slipping again. Program members also get priority and member pricing on 1-on-1 coaching.
Is this financial or medical advice?
No. It's an educational self-discipline system. Areas like trading and gambling carry real risk of loss; the program improves your process, it doesn't guarantee any outcome.
